[Me] Announce Shows In June

Melbourne quartet, [Me], have announced that they will play two shows – one in Sydney and one in Melbourne – before heading to the UK to record their debut album in June.

2011 has started out big for [Me], and it looks to only get bigger. In March, the band released its debut EP, ‘NAKED’. Mixed in the UK by Barny (Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian), ‘NAKED’ effortlessly combines the sublime aesthetics of timeless career artists with youthful enthusiasm to make this quality neo-rock genre an art form of their own design.

After playing to a sold-out room at Sydney’s Raval to launch the EP, [Me] took their neo-rock show on the road for a national tour through March and April, supporting Brisbane’s Dead Letter Circus.  The tour exposed [Me] to a legion of new fans around the country, showcasing the bands’ spectacular blend of symphonic pop and stadium rock sounds, and solidifying its reputation as a band that gives “A live show like no other” (Inpress Magazine).
