After the exciting bunch of images featuring Iron Patriot, a hug internet buzz began regarding the iconic armor. However, Latino Review is now reporting that Iron Patriot is not on the film and that armor is not other than War Machine.
All this confusion started when the picture of a “white man” wearing the suit hit online, but nobody could tell who he was. Now it’s reported that he is just a stunt man replacing Don Cheadle and that’s why the armor has the War Machine gun on his back and the american colours are simply explained because “The US Government has had their hands on this Stark suit for a while, and apparently they’ve decided to make it more patriotic (especially with the nano-technology stuff)”
Latino Review, also posted the first image of Don Cheadle on the set, something that pretty much solves the mystery of “The Iron Patriot” armor…still you never know what could happen next.
